Completed!
We have finished installing new treads for the entire deck! It was nice and quick work today, which is good because it was a scorcher (98 degrees F [37 Celsius ]).

There is some talk of replacing the railing and stairs next, if Tim comes over to help us paint. He is also set on *not* staining, but instead painting. Apparently there is a thermal-reactive deck paint that helps keep the surface cool even when it's been getting direct sun all day.
Even if the rails and stairs don't get replaced this year, it's fantastic to have smooth, fresh boards to walk on with bare feet!!
